About the role

Introduction:

At Huuuge Games we make top grossing mobile games that bring people together through fun and social mobile gaming.

Huuuge is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and we are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to own our equity story. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be the voice of Huuuge to institutional investors and sell-side analysts, shape how the market understands our business, and bring the market's perspective back into management and Board decisions.

Become a part of an exciting adventure bringing fun & truly social experience to millions of players around the world from our offices in Poland.

How will you make an impact with us?

* Own Huuuge's investor relations strategy and annual IR plan, aligned with the corporate calendar: results, AGM and investor conferences.

* Act as the primary spokesperson to current and potential investors and analysts, communicating our financial and operational performance and business outlook clearly, accurately and confidently.

* Build and grow relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts: map the shareholder base, track consensus, and confirm or constructively challenge analyst views.

* Create and deliver all IR materials, including earnings releases, results presentations, roadshow and conference decks, and the IR section of our corporate website.

* Plan and run roadshows, conferences, one-on-ones and calls together with the CEO and CFO, making sure management is fully briefed for every investor interaction.

* Turn market intelligence into input for decisions: investor sentiment, peer valuations, analyst reports, and the expected market reaction to proposed transactions, budgets and operating results.

* Report regularly to the Executive Team on investor activity, shareholder structure, stock performance and peer comparisons.

* Partner with Legal and Group Financial Reporting to keep all market communication consistent and compliant with MAR and WSE requirements.

* Keep improving how we engage the market, including formats, channels, investor targeting and our approach to minority shareholders.

Requirements

This is the right job for you if you have:

* A degree in finance, business or a related field

* 5+ years of IR experience at a public Polish company, or capital markets experience (equity research, investment management, ECM), ideally with a focus on the gaming sector

* Strong knowledge of financial markets, IR best practices and regulatory requirements (MAR, WSE)

* Proven ability to build and analyze financial models, benchmarking company performance against analyst models and listed peers

* Excellent written, verbal and public speaking skills, with the ability to explain strategy and complex financials to diverse audiences in fluent English (C2) and Polish

* Sound independent judgment and discretion with confidential and sensitive information

* A self-starter mindset: you manage projects independently, coordinate across time zones and cultures, and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Surprise us with:

* A Master's degree or a professional designation such as CFA

* Good understanding of the mobile free-to-play gaming business model and its competitive dynamics (with particular focus on Social Casino)

* Understanding of the iGaming industry & business model

* Working knowledge of IR tools (e.g. Closir, Koyfin) and experience running an IR website

* Expert knowledge of AI tools (e.g. Claude) and drive for process automation
