What You'll Do
As a Dietary Aide, you'll help support daily dining operations while creating a positive and enjoyable experience for residents and guests.
Responsibilities include:
* Assist with meal preparation and daily dining operations * Set up dining areas to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment * Serve meals to residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner * Deliver meal trays to residents' rooms or designated dining areas * Assist with light food preparation and prep cook duties as assigned * Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards * Help create a high-quality dining experience for residents and guests
Qualifications
* Restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience preferred * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team * Dependable, friendly, and committed to providing excellent service * Comfortable interacting with residents, families, and team members
