PAY: $21-$24/hour, based on experience SCHEDULE: Full-time or part-time, 24-40 hours/week; every Saturday required CLINIC HOURS: 10am-7pm weekdays; 10am-4pm Saturdays START: November

About the Company

The Joint Chiropractic is a growing network of patient-focused chiropractic wellness clinics throughout New England, dedicated to making quality chiropractic care convenient, accessible, and affordable. We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven Wellness Coordinator to join our expanding team.

About the Role

This is a sales position with front-desk responsibilities, not a traditional receptionist role. You will independently manage the front desk while guiding patients toward membership, overcoming objections, asking directly for enrollment, and confidently closing the sale. We need someone naturally outgoing, high-energy, and confident engaging with people in person, by phone, and on camera.

With reasonable advance notice, employees may occasionally be required to support other locations within our growing network. A flat travel allowance is provided for eligible cross-clinic assignments.

Core Responsibilities

* Create a welcoming patient experience and independently manage daily front-desk operations. * Lead membership sales conversations, identify enrollment barriers, overcome objections, and ask directly for the sale and payment. * Convert new patients into recurring members by confidently presenting services, pricing, and care options. * Follow sales scripts accurately while delivering them in a natural, confident, and conversational manner. * Handle patient questions, complaints, membership concerns, and cancellations professionally. * Answer phones, schedule visits, process payments, maintain accurate records, and open and close the clinic. * Complete approximately 50-70 outbound lead and follow-up calls per day when assigned. * Prioritize patients, phone calls, sales, and administrative work during busy periods. * Manage patient flow, identify delays, and report specific concerns to clinic leadership. * Work collaboratively across shifts and take ownership of shared clinic responsibilities, including completing follow-up or unfinished tasks started by another Wellness Coordinator. * Actively request Google reviews and patient referrals and deliver an experience that earns both. * Represent the clinic at occasional community events and participate in required customer-facing video reels and promotional content.

What We're Looking For

* Customer service, sales, or teaching experience in a retail, fitness, wellness, hospitality, healthcare, or other people-facing environment. * Demonstrated success in a sales-driven or performance-based role, with the ability to independently manage responsibilities, achieve goals, and contribute positively to a team. * Naturally outgoing, energetic, and comfortable initiating conversations and approaching strangers. * Willing and able to participate in required customer-facing video reels, photos, and promotional content. * Comfortable asking for commitment, discussing payment, and responding to sales objections. * Confident communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly. * Strong computer, organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills. * Comfort working independently and learning multiple systems quickly. * Maintain a polished, professional business-casual appearance during every shift and clinic event. * Reliable, punctual, coachable, accountable, and available to work every Saturday. * Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Compensation & Performance

$21-$24 per hour based on relevant experience and demonstrated ability. Employees are eligible for a 90-day performance review and future merit-based increases; reviews do not guarantee an increase. Full-time benefits include a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
