About the role

AvaMed Workforce is hiring a travel LPN or RN for a 13-week contract at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Clovis, NM.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

* Location: St Anthony Health & Rehab, Clovis, NM * Dates: 10/26/2026 - 01/24/2027 (13 weeks) * Shift: Days, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (12-hour shifts, 30-minute meal) * Pay: Contact us for details

REQUIREMENTS

* Active New Mexico LPN or RN license, or a multistate (compact) LPN/RN license * Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred * Current BLS; background check and facility health requirements
