Responsibilities:
* Verwalten und Überwachen von Projekten vom Start bis zum Abschluss mit Fokus auf Timing, Budget und Qualität. * Erstellen und Überwachen von Budgets, Forecasts und Ressourcenplänen. * Kundeninteraktion pflegen, um deren Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und das Projektmanagement entsprechend anzupassen. * Arbeiten in interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams, um unterschiedliche Perspektiven zu integrieren. * Entwicklung und Implementierung klarer Abläufe, um transparente und verlässliche Kommunikation sicherzustellen. * Status quo hinterfragen und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln. * Offenheit für KI und neue Technologien zeigen, um innovative Tools und Arbeitsweisen zu erkunden.
Qualifications:
* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Begleitung von vielseitigen Projekten. * Fähigkeit zur sicheren Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch. * Affinität für Zahlen sowie Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement. * Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld. * Bereitschaft, in einem der Standorte Berlin oder Düsseldorf in Vollzeit zu arbeiten.
