* This is a remote position; * Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity; * Prepare and facilitate the agile ceremonies of the team; * Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution; * Training the team in an agile way of working; * Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Degree in Information Technologies (or relevant area); * At least 4 years’ experience working as a project manager; * PMP, Scrum or other certification is considered a plus; * Excellent communication and leadership skills; * Worked in agile projects; * Good spoken and written English communication skills; * Currently living in Portugal.
