About the role

Job Description

About your tasks:

* Own and continuously improve the Demand Management process, ensuring requests are captured, governed and progressed consistently across your assigned Enterprise Systems domain. * Coordinate the complete demand lifecycle, reviewing incoming requests for completeness, guiding stakeholders through governance, and maintaining high-quality portfolio data in Jira. * Facilitate governance and decision-making by organizing demand review meetings, preparing decision materials, documenting outcomes and ensuring actions are followed through—while never owning the business decisions themselves. * Provide portfolio transparency through dashboards, KPI reporting and demand pipeline insights, helping leadership identify trends, bottlenecks and planning risks. * Drive process and tooling improvements, enhancing workflows, templates and governance standards to create an efficient, scalable and user-friendly demand management framework.

Qualifications

About you:

* You bring 5+ years of experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or Process Management within a complex Enterprise Systems environment. * You have experience working with Jira (or comparable portfolio management tools) and understand how governance processes support effective planning and delivery. * You enjoy bringing structure to complex processes, challenging incomplete requests constructively and ensuring stakeholders can navigate governance with confidence. * You value collaboration across business and IT, and you're motivated by improving processes rather than owning business priorities or technical solutions.

Additional Information
