As the Recruiting Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving candidate pipelines and operational continuity across our Field Operations network—including Distribution Centers, Micro-Fulfilment Centers, Retail locations, and Starbucks licensed cafes.

You will provide critical management, strategy, and operational partnership to Field Leadership. You will oversee backend recruitment strategy, manage offshore supporting resources, and lead high-volume hourly hiring prioritization to keep our sites fully staffed and operational.

Responsibilities:

* Field Sourcing & Launches: Lead proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring markets, new site launches, and ongoing backfill needs across field operations. * Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with Regional Managers and Site Leaders to align recruiting priorities with operational demands and mitigate staffing risks. * Resource & Vendor Coordination: Manage offshore and third-party recruiting partners to ensure seamless administrative and high-volume support. * Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks, drive recruitment efficiency, and lead special field hiring initiatives. * Interview Program Oversight: Drive execution, training, and pipeline management for field leadership interview processes. * Pipeline & Funnel Optimization: Oversee recruitment strategy and funnel health to support high-volume recruiters and streamline field alignment. * Data & Performance Tracking: Analyze recruitment metrics to maintain pipeline health, optimize time-to-fill, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. * Vendor Management
