Qualifications

* 7–10 years of commercial construction experience, including significant ground-up construction experience. * Proven experience leading commercial construction projects as a Superintendent or comparable field leader. * Strong understanding of sitework, foundations, concrete, structural steel, framing, building envelope, and interior construction. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules. * Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractors, manage field operations, and hold teams accountable. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Working knowledge of construction safety, quality control, and scheduling. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
