Job Description
Essential Job Functions
* Execute Junior and Senior High events and programs * Cast the overall CCV & Students Ministry vision with parents and volunteers * Provide pastoral care for families and coaches * Recruit, train, and retain volunteers for all weekend areas and events * Develop and maintain school campus involvement * Following up with first time students * Collect and report accurate weekly attendance according to established standards and deadlines * Work with the team to plan and execute various church-wide events. These may include, but are not limited to: * Kick off events * Easter * Christmas Eve

Education and Experience
* 2 years minimum experience leading a ministry of youth and volunteers * Degree in Youth Ministry preferred, however training or proven experience in the field will be considered * Athletic team experience is helpful * Software and technology skills is a bonus
