Production Team Member 1st and 2nd Shifts Pay $18.20 /hr. ($2/hr. shift differential) Full time, Benefits, Weekly Pay
Position Summary: We are seeking dedicated Production Team Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing tasks in your assigned work area safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner while adhering to our company’s core values and guidelines.
Hours: 1st Shift: 6:30am - 6:00pm 2nd Shift: 6:30pm - 6:00am
Essential Functions: * Follow policies and procedures. * Comply with certification standards (TS16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001). * Maintain a respectful and professional environment while collaborating with team members. * Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean workspace following the 5S philosophy. * Understand follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). * Achieve production output while ensuring quality standards and effectively transitioning between model changeovers. * Recommend process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency. * Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to perform assigned duties effectively.
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED required. * Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required. * 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in assembly. * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. * Tier-1 automotive experience is a plus.
Education: * High School diploma or GED required.
