** Responsibilities **
* Manage and resolve lemon law cases for clients across various jurisdictions * Draft legal documents, demand letters, and court pleadings * Conduct legal research pertinent to lemon law claims * Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings * Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
** Qualifications **
* Must have at least 1 year of experience in lemon law practice * Active law license in CA * Strong written and oral advocacy skills * Proficiency with legal research tools and remote work platforms * High attention to detail and excellent organization
** Training Requirement **
* 30-day onsite training at our Los Angeles office required before transitioning to full remote status * Training covers firm procedures, case management systems, and client service standards
