Position Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool provides high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple departments, including inpatient and outpatient settings. This role is ideal for a highly adaptable nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident delivering care across a variety of clinical areas.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across assigned departments * Float between units to meet patient care needs and staffing demands * Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and respond to changes promptly * Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams * Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols * Respond effectively in emergency and high-acuity situations * Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Minimum Qualifications
* Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina * Experience: Recent Medical-Surgical, Emergency, or Critical Care experience required * Certifications: * Basic Life Support (BLS) – required * Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – required within orientation * Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – required within 3 months
