Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, teamwork, and operational excellence? Join our team as a Shift Supervisor and help drive safe, reliable, and efficient chemical plant operations.
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead a team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations during your shift. You’ll support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), production, and maintenance activities by guiding your team, improving processes, and helping build a high-performing work environment.
* Lead shift teams to meet safety, environmental, and production goals * Act as Incident Commander during emergencies * Monitor performance indicators and optimize processes * Ensure procedures are followed and updated * Coach and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture * Participate in root cause analysis and reliability reviews * Support continuous improvement and plant optimization * Perform technician duties when needed * Identify training needs and support development initiatives
Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 per year
Shift Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm MST
Qualifications
* 5+ years in chemical plant operations * Strong leadership and coaching skills * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * Problem-solving skills to improve plant performance * Experience with SAP maintenance systems * Knowledge of PSM and RCMS is a plus
