As an HVAC Install Technician at Josko LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of residents in multi-family & residential properties. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems in multi-family residential properties to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. * Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements. * Perform repairs and replacements of HVAC components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and coils. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. * Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to coordinate HVAC service schedules and ensure minimal disruption to residents. * Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems. * Categorize and organize inventory to limit unnecessary losses to the company.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC repair and installation preferred. * Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HVAC service technician, with a focus on multi-family residential properties. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation techniques. * Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in HVAC maintenance and repair. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and efficiently, with attention to detail. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * EPA certification for handling refrigerants is a plus.

JOSKO, LLC determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay for this position ranges from $23-$32/hour, and is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, and job market location.
