AO Globe Life is hiring Member Benefits Consultants to work remotely with individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members. You will provide education and support around life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions.
We provide the tools, leads, training, and coaching. You bring the communication skills, initiative, and commitment to helping clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact and assist members using company-provided warm leads
* Schedule virtual appointments and complete follow-up communication
* Conduct needs-based insurance reviews
* Clearly explain available benefit options
* Build lasting client relationships through excellent service
