Your next chapter starts here At weWow, you work with strong European brands in an international scale-up environment. For this role, you’ll be working with 123inkt, a name everyone in the Netherlands knows when it comes to printers and office supplies. You’ll be the voice on the phone that:
* Helps customers improve their orders
* Introduces them to the home brand
* Goes the extra mile so everyone wins
What will you actually do?
* Call existing Dutch-speaking customers (warm calls only)
* Advise them on printers, toners, cartridges, and office supplies
* Convert orders to home brand products where it makes sense
* Spot upsell opportunities (more volume, better deals, smart bundles)
* Collaborate with your team to ensure every order goes smoothly and correctly
No aggressive sales. Just trust, thinking along, and conversations that deliver results.
