* Follow all safety procedures and participate in required safety training. * Perform assigned inspections and tasks under direction of Supervisor/Leadman. * Demonstrate strong communication and work habits consistent with the Behavioral Skills section of the Skills Matrix. * Conduct NDT inspections including: * Magnetic Particle (MT): rotors, casings, vane carriers, blades, fusion lines, hot MT * Dye Penetrant (PT): removed/installed blades, retaining rings, faceplates, generator dovetails, vane carriers, wedges, and hardware; operate penetrant line * Ultrasonic (UT): bearings, braze coupons, tenons, installed blade pins, weld build‑ups, phased array weld build‑ups, phased array L‑O steeples, flaw depth sizing, retaining ring forgings/bar stock; follow all UT safety requirements * Perform hardness testing using Equotip, Wilson, and Clark equipment * Prepare NCRs and complete all steps in I&T Plans. * Communicate professionally with team members and support workforce skill development * Perform other functions as assigned
