About the role

Growth Intern (German Copy & Creative)

Location: Amsterdam Work model: Hybrid Team: Growth / Performance Marketing

About Us

Creative Clicks is a global performance marketing company operating in 65+ countries, building and scaling digital subscription products across mobile, e-commerce, health & lifestyle, and AI-driven advertising. With 200+ colleagues from 25+ nationalities, we're a fast-moving, international, and data-driven environment where ownership and speed matter.

The role

You'll join the growth team for one of our health & lifestyle brands, operating across Germany and the UK. The team runs paid acquisition, creative production, CRO, and lifecycle marketing across both markets. You'll be part of a small, fast-moving team and own real work from week one.

You'll support the creative and CRO team with a focus on the German market. Your two core responsibilities are German creative briefings and email marketing (German and English). Beyond that, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our German copy sharp and consistent everywhere a customer reads it.

What you'll do

* Write and refine German creative briefings for our designers, video editors, and media buyers (hooks, angles, scripts, on-screen copy).

* Support German and English email marketing: drafting, optimizing language, localizing UK emails for the German market, and keeping tone consistent across flows and campaigns.

* Own German copy quality across the website, landing pages, emails, and ads — proofreading, fixing inconsistencies, and suggesting clearer, more natural phrasing.

* Support the CRO team with copy variants for A/B tests on landing pages and quiz funnels.

* Help research competitor messaging, customer language, and review insights to feed into briefs.

* Contribute to ad-hoc growth projects across DE and UK.

What we're looking for

* German at native level with a strong feel for natural, colloquial phrasing — you notice when copy sounds translated.

* Professional-level English (spoken and written).

* Interest in performance marketing, copywriting, or consumer brands — prior experience is a plus, not a requirement.

* Structured and detail-oriented; comfortable juggling several small tasks across teams.

* Proactive and hands-on — you flag issues, propose fixes, and follow through.

* Available for 3–6 months, 40 hours per week, starting 1 October.

Nice to have:

* Native Dutch.

* Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot (or similar email tools), Figma.

* Experience with health, wellness, or regulated categories.

What you'll get

* Direct exposure to paid acquisition, creative strategy, and CRO in a regulated health vertical.

* Ownership of German copy and briefings from day one.

* Close collaboration with the Growth Lead, designers, and media buyers.

How to apply

Send your CV and 2–3 short samples of German copy you've written (ads, emails, social posts — anything). Applications in German or English are both welcome.
