Pay and Perks:
* Compensation: $70k- $90k, based on experience. * Benefits: Full standard benefits for full-time employees.
About the Role:
* Lead your team to meet production goals and crush performance metrics * Provide real-time, on-the-job training and guidance * Ensure every pool leak detections are done to perfection while keeping customers and partners a priority * Be the go-to person in the field, shaping the success of your branch * Help your RHINOS grow while achieving branch goals
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum of 1 year at RED RHINO * Pool leak detection expertise and leadership experience * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
