Evenings 3p-11p
Nights 11p-7a
Responsibilities:
* Administering medications * Obtaining vital signs * Charting * Engaging with residents * Communicating with staff * Keeping a resident-centered approach * Monitoring and reporting changes in condition * Assisting with ADLs * Answering call lights * Assisting with meal passes * Light housekeeping when needed
