About the Role
We are seeking experienced Fashion and Interior Styling Experts to evaluate styling concepts, outfits, room setups, and creative briefs. This role is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in fashion styling, wardrobe styling, interior design, set styling, or home styling.
You will review styling work, assess fit, proportion, color, materials, and overall suitability, and provide clear written explanations for your decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Evaluate outfits and interior setups to determine which best meets a specific brief, season, client, or project requirement. 2. Assess fit, proportion, scale, color coordination, and material selection. 3. Identify practical issues, including incorrect sizing, unsuitable fabrics, or items that do not fit the intended space. 4. Evaluate whether styling concepts align with the project brief, budget, and setting. 5. Provide concise written explanations supporting styling decisions and recommendations. 6. Create or improve styling briefs, mood descriptions, and shopping lists.
Required Qualifications
1. Professional experience as a Fashion Stylist, Wardrobe Stylist, Personal Stylist, Interior Stylist, Set Stylist, Prop Stylist, or Home Stylist. 2. Hands-on experience managing real-world projects, including brief development, sourcing, fittings, installations, and client delivery. 3. Strong understanding of styling principles, including fit, proportion, color coordination, materials, and spatial suitability. 4. Ability to evaluate styling concepts and clearly explain why one look or space works better than another. 5. Strong written English communication skills.
