* Develop and deliver training programs for employees across all departments. * Provide instruction on product knowledge, equipment operation, company procedures, and safety standards. * Assess training needs and identify skill gaps to improve employee performance. * Create and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, and learning resources. * Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees. * Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. * Coach and mentor employees to support professional growth and career development. * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and health and safety requirements. * Collaborate with department managers to align training objectives with business goals. * Promote a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and customer service.
