The Role Involves - Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Deliver high-quality, client-focused service - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom
What You'll Need - Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required - Work authorization in the United States - Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools - Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
