We are seeking a Human Data Manager to oversee data workflows, improve operational efficiency, and ensure high-quality datasets for AI training projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage data annotation, collection, processing, and analysis workflows. * Establish KPIs and monitor operational performance. * Analyze datasets and recommend process improvements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals. * Develop reports to track key metrics and workflow performance. * Improve processes, maintain data integrity, and ensure quality standards. * Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively.
Required Qualifications
* Experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization. * Understanding of operational processes and efficiency improvement. * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. * Excellent attention to detail and data quality management.
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in engineering, technical operations, or human data projects. * Familiarity with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or SQL. * Project or internship experience in data management, AI/ML, or process optimization.
