The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $38,000 - $86,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role:
* Participate in Dematic's Electrical Apprenticeship Program while developing the skills and knowledge required to become a qualified electrician. * Learn and perform the duties of a first- or second-year electrical apprentice under the guidance of experienced journeyman electricians. * Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety. * Successfully complete all required classroom training and apprenticeship coursework. * Complete all On-the-Job Learning (OJL) requirements outlined in the Dematic Apprenticeship Agreement. * Maintain accurate records of work experience, training progress, and apprenticeship-related documentation. * Perform assigned installation and electrical tasks while meeting quality, productivity, and performance standards. * Support project teams by learning new skills, taking direction, and contributing to successful project execution.
What We Are Looking For:
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. * Reliable transportation required. * Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% throughout the United States. * Interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade through a structured apprenticeship program. * Strong commitment to safety, learning, and professional development. * Ability to follow instructions, learn from experienced mentors, and work effectively as part of a team. * Material handling or industrial installation experience is a plus. * Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced field environment.
