Join Our Team

We’re looking for an experienced ABM & DBM Marketing Manager to join our UK & Ireland Marketing Team and help Atos win priority accounts and strategic deals. Sitting within the UK Client Growth Office, you’ll work closely with sales leads, presales specialists, bid directors and account teams. Together, you’ll turn account and deal strategies into tailored campaigns, compelling content and executive engagement that help move opportunities forward.

About the Team

The ABM & DBM team supports Atos’ growth across priority accounts and major deals in the UK. We work alongside sales, presales, bid and account teams to understand each client, identify the right stakeholders and create marketing activity that supports the wider pursuit strategy.

It’s a collaborative and commercially focused environment where marketing is closely connected to revenue. You’ll have the freedom to use your judgement, shape the approach for each account or deal and adapt your activity as the opportunity develops. This is a growing area of the UK business, and you’ll have the opportunity to help shape how we deliver account- and deal-based marketing in the future.

Key Industries

You’ll support accounts and opportunities across five key industries: • National Security & Emergency Services

• Health

• Financial Services

* Critical National Infrastructure

• Manufacturing, Logistics & Retail

Why Join Us

Work on high-profile accounts and deals You’ll work directly with sales, presales and bid teams on priority accounts and major opportunities, helping Atos strengthen client relationships and improve its position in competitive deals. Create marketing with a clear purpose Rather than delivering broad campaigns, you’ll design tailored activity for specific clients and opportunities. This could include personalised content, targeted digital activity, executive briefings or account-level engagement.

Help shape a growing capability

Deal-based marketing is becoming increasingly important to the UK business. You’ll join a growing area where your experience, ideas and judgement will have a visible impact on how the capability develops.

The Opportunity

As our ABM & DBM Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of marketing activity for a defined group of priority accounts and live deals. You’ll use account intelligence, buyer insight and the wider pursuit strategy to decide which stakeholders to engage, what messages will resonate and which channels will have the greatest impact. You’ll then bring the plan to life, working with internal teams, designers, agencies and other delivery partners. You’ll be trusted to manage your work independently, respond to changing deal requirements and keep activity aligned with sales and bid timelines. Although this is not a formal people-management role, you’ll provide direction and bring different stakeholders together around a clear plan.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop account and deal marketing plans Create tailored ABM and DBM plans for priority accounts and live pursuits, using account insight, buyer intelligence and commercial objectives to guide the approach. • Work closely with sales, presales and bid teams Partner with colleagues to understand the client, buying committee, win themes and deal strategy, ensuring marketing activity supports the wider pursuit. • Deliver targeted campaigns and content Lead personalised campaigns, including digital activity, executive outreach, client-focused content, briefing materials and account-level engagement. • Build strong stakeholder relationships Become a trusted marketing partner to senior sales, bid and client-facing stakeholders, bringing clear recommendations and keeping everyone aligned as opportunities develop. • Measure impact and optimise future activity Track engagement, pipeline influence, and business outcomes at both account and opportunity level. Provide clear, actionable insights to the Growth Marketing Lead and use performance data to continuously refine future campaigns. All results should be measurable, traceable, and directly attributable to marketing activity.

Must-Have Experience

* Strong B2B marketing experience, with hands-on responsibility for ABM, DBM, strategic pursuit marketing or deal support. • Experience designing and delivering personalised 1:1 or 1:few campaigns for named accounts. • Experience marketing technology services, digital solutions or similarly complex B2B propositions. • A track record of working closely with sales, presales, bid or account teams to support live opportunities. • Has built joint account or deal plans with sales or bid teams, working to their timelines rather than a marketing calendar • Understands how ABM/DBM contributes to pipeline, revenue and win rate, not just campaign delivery • Strong written and verbal communication, adapting style for different audiences • Self-driven in keeping up with ABM and MarTech developments • Extend the stakeholder bullet to include making timely decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.

Desirable Experience

* Experience working within technology, professional services or a regulated industry. • Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, Matomo and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar marketing platforms. • Experience supporting partner marketing, co-marketing or co-selling activity. • Working knowledge of WordPress, Drupal or a similar content management system. • Experience using account intelligence, intent signals and engagement data to inform marketing decisions.

Additional Requirements

• Full right to work in the UK.

* Eligibility and willingness to obtain SC security clearance. • Willingness to travel occasionally for client and internal meetings. • Ability to manage several accounts or live pursuits at the same time.

Benefits

* Pension Scheme, with contributions matched up to 10%

• Private medical cover

• Income Protection

* Life Assurance • 25 days’ annual leave plus public holidays

• Flexible benefits programme
