Multiple locations available This is an ongoing hiring opportunity that may be filled at any of the following Kaw Valley Engineering offices:
* Lenexa, KS * Kansas City, MO * Junction City, KS * Wichita, KS * Emporia, KS * Garden City, KS * Salina, KS
What You’ll Do • Manage transportation projects (DOT, roadway, and municipal) from start to finish • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and agencies (KDOT, local municipalities) • Oversee design, plans, specs, and permitting • Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and moving forward • Coordinate internal teams and mentor junior staff
Qualifications
What You Bring • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering • PE license (or close to obtaining) • 10+ years of experience in transportation engineering • Experience with DOT standards, roadway design, and permitting • Strong client-facing and project leadership skills
