THE TECHNICIAN 3 POSITION SunStrong is searching for a technician 3 to be responsible for solar diagnostics, troubleshooting, and leading field crews on service work.
TECHNICIAN 3 RESPONSIBILITIES * Diagnose and resolve solar system issues:
* Inverter failures
* System underperformance
* Complex troubleshooting
* Lead crews on service jobs
* Direct and support Tech 1 and Tech 2 team members
* Ensure high-quality work and first-pass resolution
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 2+ years of solar experience
* Proven troubleshooting capability
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Valid driver’s license (subject to driver record check)
* Crew Lead for solar service work
* Roof and electrical competent
* Solar diagnostics and repair expert
* Authorized for battery (ESS) work
