Job Description
Every day will be different as a Care Assistant, you can be expected to help with :
* Providing companionship and conversation
* Supporting clients with personal care
* Helping with meals and light household tasks
* Supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes
* Accompanying clients on outings or appointments
* Helping with medication, where appropriate and after training
* Building genuine, trusting relationships with the people you care for
