What You’ll Do:
* Greet every guest like family and own their experience from the moment they step into the showroom. * Match each rider with the Harley that fits their style, needs, and dreams. * Lead the test ride process, bring the experience to life. * Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM (VinSolutions). * Enter every up into the Traffic Log, no exceptions. * Work closely with Sales Managers and teammates to hit daily and monthly performance goals. * Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism, excitement, and purpose. * Stay active on the floor, be present, and chase every opportunity.
