We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and positive Assistant Director to join our team!
The ideal candidate will:
* Be punctual, reliable, and dependable * Understand the responsibilities and expectations of the Assistant Director role * Have a strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced childcare environment * Be proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative * Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive workplace culture * Have strong computer, communication, and organizational skills * Demonstrate commitment and dedication to the center, staff, children, and families * Be a strong team player and support teachers and staff when needed * Communicate professionally and effectively with families, staff, and leadership * Be willing to learn, grow, and lead by example * Support the Director with daily center operations, staff needs, and maintaining a positive classroom environment
