Cardiology APP (NP/PA) | Outpatient Focus | Central Florida
A large, well-established cardiovascular group in Central Florida is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its collaborative, physician-led team. This full-time opportunity emphasizes outpatient cardiology, including follow-up visits, chronic disease management, and continuity of care, with some hospital involvement as needed.
Job Highlights
* Full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule * Outpatient-focused role supporting the evaluation and management of patients with cardiovascular conditions * Provide follow-up care, manage medications, review diagnostic results, and educate patients * Collaborate with physicians and APPs to coordinate treatment plans and ongoing care * Some inpatient responsibilities, including hospital rounding and consults, as needed * Join a large cardiology group with 15+ physicians and 15+ APPs across multiple locations * Work alongside specialists in general cardiology, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and vascular care * Access to advanced cardiac diagnostics, imaging, and procedural services * Main clinic located in Tavares, Florida
Qualifications
* Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant * Active Florida license or ability to obtain * Cardiology experience preferred, but not required * Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and communication abilities * Team-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
