This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong attention to detail, and wants to gain hands-on experience supporting sales operations while developing skills in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.

What You'll Do:
* Review customer purchase orders and verify specifications, pricing, and order details before processing. * Enter and maintain customer orders within the Company's ERP and CRM systems. * Coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. * Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, deliveries, and order-related questions. * Prepare customer specification sheets, pricing quotations, sales reports, and other sales documentation. * Assist with marketing initiatives, customer email campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing inventory. * Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the Company's CRM system. * Support the Sales team with administrative tasks while learning the sales process and customer relationship management.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of three years of customer service, sales support, or administrative experience preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning ERP and CRM systems. * Interest in developing a long-term career in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management.
