About the role
We are hiring an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
* Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and quality standards.
* Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of operational and sales reports.
* Good knowledge of food costing, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
* Ability to manage daily operations, control expenses, and achieve business targets.
* Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
* Salary: QAR 8,000–10,000 total package, depending on experience and interview performance

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years of current experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
Age: Below 40 years
