What You'll Do
* Provide leadership and oversight for nursing services, ensuring high-quality care and clinical excellence throughout the community * Implement nursing best practices and regulatory standards to support positive resident outcomes and compliance * Develop, mentor, and educate nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement * Enhance communication between staff, residents, and families to promote trust, engagement, and exceptional customer service * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address the unique healthcare needs of residents and support individualized care planning
What You'll Need
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with the State of Minnesota * At least 18 years old * Previous Director of Nursing experience preferred, but not required
