Rewarding work, your way

Out-of-hours doesn’t mean all hours. This role offers a structured and flexible rota ideal for those looking to supplement their work or develop ECC experience: Repeating every four weeks, the rota is as follows:

* Week 1: Saturday 15:00–21:00 and Sunday 11:00–21:00 * Week 2: Off * Week 3: Sunday 11:00–21:00 * Week 4: Off

With no PDSA involvement, this role is focused purely on delivering high quality private emergency care in a well supported environment.

Investing in you

You’ll be working alongside experienced clinicians in a supportive ECC setting, with opportunities to grow your skills and confidence in emergency care. Benefits include:

* Seven weeks pro rata annual leave * Private medical insurance * Up to 50% discounted staff pet care * £1,500 CPD allowance plus 35 paid hours pro rata * Access to our AdvantEdge programme
