Your Responsibilities:
* Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism * Implement behavior support strategies and treatment programs as designed * Respond to challenging situations with professionalism and composure * Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software * Provide services in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and clinics
Ideal Candidate:
* Compassionate and dedicated to supporting children and their families * Able to remain positive and effective when facing challenges * Eager to develop new skills and grow professionally * Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans * Previous ABA experience is welcome but not mandatory * Educational background in psychology, education, or a related discipline is advantageous * Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Schedule in Los Angeles, CA: Afternoon shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM- 1:00p PM
