We are looking for a
Trainee - Central IT (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
* Support strategic and operational initiatives across Central IT at Riverty * Contribute to cross-functional technology projects involving multiple Business Units and central functions * Support the development of enterprise-wide standards, governance models, and technology frameworks * Prepare decision-making materials, presentations, and analyses for senior leadership * Coordinate stakeholders across product, technology, and business teams to drive alignment and transparency * Participate in transformation and change initiatives that shape Riverty’s future technology landscape * Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and support the achievement of project objectives
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
* Solid understanding of software engineering, cloud technologies, data platforms, or IT infrastructure * Ability to understand system architectures and technical concepts * Interest in topics such as AI, enterprise architecture, data & analytics, or platform engineering * Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex technology landscapes * Strong communication and presentation skills * Structured and data-driven approach to problem-solving * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international environment * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
