Role Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Workflow Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated workflows that improve operational efficiency. You'll connect systems, tools, and data sources to eliminate manual, repetitive work.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement automated workflows across business and technical systems
* Integrate third-party tools and APIs to streamline processes
* Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities
* Test, monitor, and maintain automations for reliability and accuracy
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
* Document automation logic and maintain a library of reusable workflows
Requirements
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, integration, or process engineering
* Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.)
* Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML)
* Basic scripting skills (JavaScript or Python)
* Strong analytical and process-mapping abilities
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience integrating AI/LLM tools into automated workflows
* Familiarity with databases and data transformation
* Background in business process analysis or operations
