Responsibilities:
* They would handle incoming customer support by phone, and e-mail using our ticket tracking system (salesforce) guiding the client through corrective steps and/or training. * Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps. * Guiding customers to understand software while diagnosing technical software issues. * Implementing new customers on onboarding workflow via appointments (for when they move up levels) * Manage new client onboarding groundwork in preparation for initial setup consultation. * Manage ticketing & respond to client questions. * Coordinate client communication * Develop specialized expertise on all products, services, and internal tools/systems. * Communicating with the team, supervisors and internal stakeholders * Ongoing Training & Individual Development Plans * Answer sales phone calls and guide them to schedule an appointment with salesman
Qualifications:
* No specific experience required and Open to fresh grads * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal English * Flexible working hours * Experience handling escalated concern * Ability to Think outside of the box and provide creative solutions
