Supports M&A deals activities, including financial analysis, market research, deal documentation, and transaction coordination under general supervision. Builds working knowledge of M&A methodology, valuation concepts, and the organization’s deal process.
The M&A Deals Analyst II works independently on moderately complex analytical tasks within established frameworks, with work reviewed at key milestones.
How will you make an impact & Requirements
Key Responsibilities• Build and maintain financial models supporting acquisition valuations, scenario analyses, and deal return assessments.• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support opportunity identification and deal evaluation.• Support due diligence activities by compiling, organizing, and summarizing target company information.• Prepare deal documentation, presentation materials, and executive summaries for review by senior deal team members.• Coordinate deal process logistics, including data room management, scheduling, and document tracking.• Research M&A market developments, comparable transactions, and valuation benchmarks to inform deal analysis.• Maintain deal pipeline tracking logs and assist with preparation of portfolio and activity reporting.
Compensation Range:
$81,492.00
to
$122,238.00
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
