ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop new methodologies for biologically characterizing electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) products * Perform routine biological characterization of liquids and aerosols for potential cytotoxicity to support product development * Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration activities * Adherence to GLP. * Write, execute, and update SOPs * Maintain a record of results * Present reports on experimental results
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* B.S. with 6 years of hands-on lab experience * Demonstrated experience in a laboratory setting to include basic laboratory procedures such as weighing, quantitative transfer, and volumetric dilutions required. * Hands-on experience in aseptic mammalian cell-culture techniques required. * Expertise with utilizing flow cytometry to analyze biological samples * Experience with plate-based assays (fluorescence, luminescence, and/or absorbance) a plus * Familiarity with Microsoft Office & statistical software (e.g., Graphpad Prism) and plus * Self-motivated with strong communication skills. * Excellent data management.
EDUCATION:
* BS/MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell/Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, or related field

SALARY RANGES: Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time. SALARY RANGE: $143,000—$175,000 USD
