What You’ll Do
* Install CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) liners in residential sewer systems
* Operate trenchless equipment (inversion drums, cutters, curing systems)
* Perform drain cleaning and pipe prep before lining installs
* Diagnose sewer conditions and ensure proper install execution
* Work closely with your crew to complete jobs efficiently and correctly
* Follow all safety protocols, including confined space procedures
* Maintain and clean equipment and trucks
* Provide a five-star customer experience on every job
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in plumbing, sewer, drain cleaning, or underground work, REQUIRED
* Experience with sewer cameras, jetting, or trenchless work strongly preferred
* Ability to troubleshoot and work independently in the field
* Strong work ethic and professionalism
* Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
* Team player with leadership potential
* Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
