About the role

Overview

Learning is where that mission gets personal. Our vision is Connected Learning: training, practice, and coaching that are always-on and tailored to each rep, grounded in what's actually happening in their deals. Because learning shares context with a rep's accounts, meetings, approved content, and skills, we can deliver what they need next, in the moment they need it, and show whether it moved the number.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead key parts of two of our strategic themes: Adaptive Training, which removes the manual work for enablement teams and gives every rep only what they still need, and Continuous Learning, which brings learning into the flow of work so it sticks. You'll partner closely with others PMs on the team.

At Seismic, PMs operate as the general managers of their areas. You won't be handed a backlog of feature requests. You'll decide where the most valuable, durable opportunities are, place the bets, and own the results: adoption, expansion, retention, and revenue. This is a role for a PM who wants to run a business, not maintain a feature list.

Who you are:

* 5+ years of product management experience building user-facing products (B2B or B2C). You're fluent in discovery, specs, prioritization, and launch, and you don't need training on the fundamentals. * An AI-forward way of working. You use AI every day to work faster and better, whether that's synthesizing research, prototyping, drafting specs, or analyzing data, and you can share specific recent examples. * A business owner's mindset. You think in terms of outcomes, unit economics, and durable value, define clear success metrics, read the data, and change course when the evidence says so. * Technical fluency. You can have credible conversations with engineers about LLMs, agent harness, data, and design tradeoffs. * A strong point of view, held with humility. You can turn ambiguity into a clear plan and bring engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success along with you. * Comfort working with distributed teams across time zones, including occasional early or late meetings. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Bonus points

* You've shipped AI products, such as agents, copilots, or AI-powered features, and know what it takes to make them reliable. * You've built learning products, in corporate learning, sales enablement and readiness, edtech, or consumer learning. * You're curious about how people learn: spaced reinforcement, mastery learning, coaching, and practice.

What you'll be doing:

* Run your areas like a business. Set the strategy and roadmap, choose the bets that create the most durable value, help shape how they're packaged and priced, and own the adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes that follow. * Create best-in-class agentic training authoring and training management, so enablement teams turn the content they already trust into training in minutes and agents handle the busywork of assigning, tracking, and following up, whether teams work in Seismic or in the AI tools they already use. * Make training adapt to every rep, so reps skip what they've already mastered and spend their time on what they still need. * Bring learning into the flow of work with just-in-time micro-learning, instant answers grounded in training, and peer examples from top performers' real calls. * Connect learning to performance. Use deal, meeting, and skill signals to decide what each rep needs next, and define how we prove impact beyond course completions. * Stay close to customers. Talk with enablement leaders, sellers, and managers every week, run discovery with design and research, and bring a sharp point of view back to the team. * Ship with engineering in fast, measurable increments, including the evals and quality bar that make AI features trustworthy.

What we have for you:

* A category being rewritten. AI is changing how sellers learn and how enablement teams work, and you'll help define what comes next. * Ownership that's real. You'll run a meaningful area of the business, with the accountability and the room to match. * Real scale from day one. Your work will reach enablement teams and sellers at some of the world's best-known brands. * A team that builds with AI, not just for it. We use agentic tools in our own work and expect you to as well.
