This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with mechanical and electronic components, is eager to learn, and thrives in a dynamic, high-precision environment. What You’ll Do

* Assemble mechanical and electronic components using tools (including torque wrenches) following detailed procedures.

* Apply staking materials for stability.

* Use our production tracking software to track builds and workflow.

* Execute basic test scripts and bash commands on hardware systems.

* Record, document, and communicate test results clearly and accurately.

* Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve assembly or test issues.

Required Skills

* High school diploma or GED with:

* Some documented application of technical skills outside of the classroom (examples: extracurricular project teams, personal projects, internships, etc.)

* Associate's Degree, Trade School certification, or equivalent, or 3+ years of experience in a professional technical role that includes prototyping and development

* Familiarity with basic electronics lab equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, microscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.

* Ability to read and understand technical documentation, such as electrical schematics, datasheets, and mechanical drawings

* Experience with quality control, inspection, and/or testing of products

* Experience with IPC standards

* Basic electrical understanding and understanding of fundamental electrical engineering concepts

Nice to Have

* Certification to IPC-A-610, 7711, 7721 J-STD-001 (Space and Military Applications Electronic Hardware Addendum), and IPC CID/CID+

* Basic understanding of electronic debugging or electrical engineering concepts.

* Prior experience in hardware production environments (aerospace, medical, RF, or similar).
