We are now hiring for FOH (Front House) with roles & responsibilities including, bussing, food running, serving/host & Shift Leader. To ensure you receive the best hands-on training, you will start as a FOH Trainee, with a 2-week training period and the potential to promote directly into a competitive mid-range FOH tip position.
Your training will take place during night shift. As you ramp and complete training you can then transition to a morning shift. This onboarding period is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Dough Zone's operations, culture, systems, and service standards. You will gain hands-on experience across both FOH and BOH (Back of House) functions to ensure you can effectively navigate the restaurant from a holistic perspective before assuming full Server duties.

Front of House Staff Duties:
* Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant * Explain menu items to guests * Serve food and beverages to guests * Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner * Clean and prepare the dining areas * Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
