About the role

Entry-Level Automotive Service Technician

Celebration Chevrolet | Aurora, CO

You bring the mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. We’ll help you build the skills for a career in automotive service.

Celebration Chevrolet is looking for entry-level technicians who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and understanding how vehicles work. Whether you’re attending automotive school, recently graduated, or looking to turn your mechanical interests into a profession, this is an opportunity to get started in a dealership service department.

You don’t need years of experience to apply. We’re looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, welcome feedback, and want to keep improving.

What You’ll Do

As you develop your skills, your responsibilities may include:

* Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services. * Assist with vehicle inspections and identify concerns that need further attention. * Work with experienced technicians and follow direction from service leadership. * Learn proper procedures for using tools, equipment, and vehicle service information. * Accurately document completed work and communicate findings. * Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. * Complete assigned technical training and apply what you learn. * Treat every customer’s vehicle with care and respect.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome candidates who have:

* Little or no formal automotive training, but strong mechanical aptitude. * Current enrollment in an automotive service education program. * Completed technical school and are ready to gain dealership experience. * Less than two years of professional automotive service experience.

What You’ll Need

* A general understanding of automobiles and an interest in how they work. * Your own tools. * A willingness to complete online technical training. * The ability to listen, ask questions, follow instructions, and apply feedback. * Dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe work practices. * A valid Colorado driver’s license held for at least three years. * Be at least 18 years old. * The patience and motivation to build your skills over time.

Our Team and Culture

At Celebration Chevrolet, we value honesty, integrity, and clear communication. We want teammates who support one another, take responsibility for their work, and help deliver a service experience customers can trust.

We believe in being good neighbors, giving back to our community, and improving every day. Your effort matters here—from learning a new procedure to making sure a customer’s vehicle leaves our shop properly cared for.

Benefits

We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits, including:

* 100% paid preventive care. * Flexible PPO options. * Free virtual care through Amaze Health. * Access to a Health Savings Account (HSA). * Mental health support. * Lifestyle discounts through BenefitHub.

Ready to Get Started?

If you’re ready to learn, work hard, and build a future in automotive service, we’d like to hear from you.

Compensation: $20/hr
