This position is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical testing experience who is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities and help guide the day-to-day activities of the testing team.

As the Testing Supervisor, you’ll lead daily testing activities across software, hardware, services, user interfaces, and integrated products. You’ll supervise and develop team members, coordinate testing priorities and resources, support product releases, communicate quality risks, and work closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure products meet customer, business, system, and release-readiness requirements.

Why Consider This Opportunity

* Leadership & Development: Coach, train, and develop team members while helping guide daily testing activities. * Broader Impact: Play an important role in test planning, product quality, risk communication, and release readiness. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across the organization to support testing and product releases. * Continuous Improvement: Help strengthen testing standards, processes, coverage, efficiency, and automation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred. * At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, technical testing, or related testing experience required. * At least 3 years of experience with Jira or a comparable issue-tracking system required. * Demonstrated experience leading testing assignments, release activities, projects, or team members required. Formal lead or supervisory experience preferred. * Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall environments preferred. * Quality assurance, software testing, or Scrum Master certification preferred. * Experience with test automation tools and automated test development preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities

* Knowledge of software and hardware testing practices, defect management, quality standards, and release processes. * Ability to lead, motivate, delegate, coach, and develop employees. * Ability to translate requirements into effective, repeatable, and maintainable test coverage. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and risk-assessment skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and make timely decisions as requirements and schedules change. * Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
