Job Description

A rare, high-impact opportunity. We are looking for a strategic Senior Manager, Private Markets & Alternative Solutions to lead the development, governance and operational delivery of our private-markets and alternative-funds offering.

The role combines product strategy, operating-model development, fund execution, regulatory governance and commercial development.

As a key First Line of Defense (1LoD) product specialist, you will help ensure that our private-markets offering is operationally effective, commercially successful and fully aligned with regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

* Drive Product Strategy & Offering : Define and develop the Bank’s private-markets and alternative-funds offering, identifying suitable solutions aligned with client needs and strategic priorities. * Develop the Operating Model: Shape a scalable and efficient operating model for private-market investments, drawing on a strong understanding of the end-to-end fund execution and servicing chain. * Define the Distribution Framework: Establish a clear framework for distributing private-market solutions, balancing client experience, regulatory requirements and operational efficiency. * Own Product Governance: Maintain robust governance across private-market solutions and the broader fund universe, in line with MiFID II and applicable regulatory requirements. * Shape Commercial Development: Build strategic industry relationships and contribute to a sustainable commercial model supporting the growth of the proposition. * Support the Broader Fund Offering: Provide expertise and additional coverage for product additions, eligibility assessments and ongoing governance across the Bank’s wider fund universe.

Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in funds, wealth management, asset management, securities services or a similar financial services environment. * Strong understanding of UCITS, AIF and alternative/private market structures. * Practical experience with MiFID II product governance, target market, suitability/appropriateness and inducement requirements. * Strong understanding of private market investment mechanics, including subscriptions, capital calls, drawdowns, distributions and valuations. * Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across commercial and control functions. * Experience managing relationships with asset managers, General Partners or institutional investment partners is a strong advantage. * Full professional fluency in English is mandatory; French is a distinct advantage.

Additional Information

* A chance to work in a high-performing team in a collaborative environment. * A comprehensive benefits package including annual performance bonus, occupational pension scheme, share plan, concierge services, 34.5 paid holidays, and more * A great work environment in our offices located at Luxembourg’s Kirchberg financial district.
